Stephan Morse, former Speaker of the Vermont House of Representatives, re-joined the VTA Board after a brief hiatus. A lifelong Vermonter and resident of Newfane, he is highly engaged at the state and local levels in education and economic development. He also serves on several non-profit boards including Marlboro College and Grace Cottage Hospital. Prior to his retirement in 2008, Stephan served as CEO of the Windham Foundation in Grafton for twenty-five years. He managed the Foundation and grew its four functionally related businesses.
Stephan was appointed by the Governor and his term expires in 2014.
