All VTA meetings are open to the public. During the year VTA meetings will be held in various locations around Vermont to facilitate attendance by Vermonters from all part of the state. Participation in as many meetings as are possible will also be available by people on the phone. To Participate by phone in Vermont Telecommunications Board Meeting: 1) Dial (toll free): 1-877-278-8686 2) Enter the call-in PIN - 224355 - when prompted. Participants of these calls may dial in to the system up to 5 minutes before the scheduled start of the call or at any time during the call. When you dial in to the system to join your call, you will be asked to enter the PIN number which is listed with at right for each meeting. After entering this PIN, you will hear a message, "Thank you, please hold while we place you into your conference." Board Members who call in should identify themselves. Other callers are asked to mute their phones by pressing *7, unmute *9 when the Chairman asks for comments or questions from the audience. While on your call, participants may hear some beeps.
