Notification of Proposed Construction

In 2007, the Vermont Legislature passed legislation (30 V.S.A Section 8093) requiring companies to provide notice to the VTA of proposed construction re: gas transmission projects, electric transmissions lines and distribution lines.

Notifications and case history are available through the Vermont Department of Public Service website. On the DPS website, current Docket information is listed but you can also do a search for older Docket numbers.

Notices received by the VTA, from various companies who are planning construction projects, are listed below. Any questions regarding the coordination of construction activities should be directed to the construction company.
