Great Auk Wireless goes live with new expansion to Canaan area.

Great Auk Wireless Customer Service Representatives are now contacting all customers who have signed up for service to schedule their installations. In order to assist Canaan residents in making their computers able to accept the new high-speed connection, GAW installers will be carrying a variety of wireless components with them. If a customer needs one of these components, they will be able to purchase one while the installer is at their home.

Next Steps

To reach all Canaan residents who signed-up for GAW service, Great Auk Wireless technicians are going door-to-door with information on the service and will be taking sigh-ups for new service. "If there is anyone in Canaan who signed up for service but has not heard from us, I encourage them to call our Customer Service Department at 877-220-2873," said Amy Dillon, GAW's General Manager.
