RFQ VTA2011-121 (closed) Cellular Infrastructure Consulting Services

The VTA is looking for an expert in cellular infrastructure to advise it on the development and selection process for our upcoming Request for Proposal on Cellular Infrastructure. 

Required tasks:

• Helping to review and finalize VTA’s draft Cellular Infrastructure RFP for publication prior to the end of August 2011.
• Assisting a vendor Q&A session during September
• Participation in the selection process in October
• Advice on overall strategy for bringing cellular coverage to unserved, rural Vermont

VTA intends to solicit price quotations from at least three qualified vendors and post this RFQ on the website. VTA intends to make a selection on or after August 24, 2011, and responses are requested prior to that date. At that date, the VTA may extend the period during which it will accept bids or make a selection from among the available bids if it determines time is critical for performance.
